Curious about how writing can support your physical and mental wellbeing? This introductory session with writer and clinical psychologist Shona Lowers will provide you with an understanding of writing as a reflective process, introducing tools to help you examine your life and experiences through creative writing.

The two-hour session will include discussion of some structures, prompts and ideas for writing and wellbeing. It will also include some writing time to practice this approach.
Shona Lowes is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has used reflective writing both personally and with clients. Follow up sessions can be arranged to encourage continuity of the process and to explore other tools for this type of creative writing.
