Newcastle Centre for the Literary Arts is the UK's only FREE, year-long series of literary events open to students, colleagues and the public. Each week we bring the finest contemporary writers, theatre makers, screenwriters, journalists and poets to Newcastle.
We're delighted to be presenting an outstanding programme featuring some of the most exciting, enduring and important voices working across prose and poetry today. Everybody is welcome to attend on Thursdays in Culture Lab (The Ballroom, Level 1) from 7pm to 8pm.
Events run weekly between 3rd October to 12th December 2024. All events include complimentary refreshments and a chance to ask questions, meet the writers, buy books from our local independent bookseller Forum Books, and get them signed.
