Pen Power - Write Start
Weekly one hour morning session at Elmwood Community Centre, Stockton-on-Tees. Begins March 4th 2019, 10-11am (£6 per session)
Writing is a great way to clear the mind, address any worries and get energised for the day ahead. With a range of activities designed with emotional wellbeing in mind, this is the perfect session for maintaining your levels of mental fitness whilst doing something fun with other people.
You don’t need to be a ‘writer’ to take part, and you don’t have to share your writing. The session is about process not product. All you need is a notebook and pen, and a willingness to give it a try!

Pen Power - Just Write
Monthly three hour afternoon session at Elmwood Community Centre, Stockton-on-Tees. Begins March 14th 2019,12-3pm (£10 per session)
Writing can be a lonely business when it's just you sitting at home. There's a different energy when you write in a group. Come and share a comfortable writing space with other like-minded people to just write.
Bring a project in progress to work on or challenge yourself to starting something new. What you write is entirely up to you!
Poet Natalie Scott will be there to give you some gentle encouragement throughout the session.
