Tutors
After years of screenwriting, Belinda Bauer's first novel, Blacklands (Corgi, 2010), won the Crime Writers Association Gold Dagger for the Crime Novel of the Year. Since then, she has released eight books which have been translated into more than 20 languages, and won several major awards, including the Theakston’s Crime Novel of the Year for her fourth novel, Rubbernecker (Black Swan, 2014), and the CWA Dagger in the Library for her body of work.
Sharon Bolton's first novel, Sacrifice (Bantam Press, 2008), was voted Best New Read by Amazon.uk, whilst her second, Awakening, (Bantam Press, 2009) won the 2010 Mary Higgins Clark award. In 2014 Sharon was awarded the CWA Dagger in the Library. She has been shortlisted for the CWA Gold Dagger, the Theakston’s prize, the International Thriller Writers’ Best First Novel award, the Prix Du Polar in France and the Martin Beck award in Sweden.
