The Writers' Block Writers' Network - Permission to Play: Building Creative Resilience and Finding Joy with Lucy Beckley

Struggling to find joy in your creative practice? Feeling a little lost following writing rejection? Or perhaps you just need some permission to play? Come join us for our next Writers’ Block Network event on cultivating creative resilience whilst holding on to a sense of ‘play’ in our practice.

Led by Lucy Beckley, a writer, poet and creative writing facilitator based in Cornwall. Her work has been published in 26 Places in Cornwall, Motherscope, Popshot Magazine, Lionheart Magazine, Blood Moon Poetry, the southwester, A Thousand Word Photos, The Lit Platform, Reasons to be Cheerful, Strike Magazine and The Little Book of Positive Birth Stories, amongst others. She has a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Creative Writing from Cambridge University, an MA in Professional Writing from Falmouth University and an MA in European Cultures from Birkbeck University. She regularly runs workshops for adults, children and organisations and loves to help inspire others to find the joy and magic in writing.
