The Writers’ Company: Research and Write Fiction (Online Saturday workshop)

This hands-on, exhilarating one-day workshop will give you a solid grounding in how to turn your research into compelling fiction and avoid the dreaded ‘infodump’.

You will explore research approaches, world building, character, dialogue and letting go. Complete practical exercises, discuss and share your work with peers, and build community, skills and confidence.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to turn their research into fiction.

Kate Worsley is an award-winning novelist, creative writing tutor and mentor. She is a founder tutor at The Writers Company and has been a visiting lecturer in creative writing at City, University of London since 2015.

Dates: Saturday 21 November 2020, 10am – 4pm
Location: Online (Zoom)
Cost: £99. Keyworker 10% discount. One discounted place for disadvantaged writers. 10% of any profit to be split between Carers UK and Refuge.
