Writing, Coffee and Conversation with Charmaine Pollard at Tate Britain
Fri 3 Nov 2023 to Fri 3 Nov 2023
Let's get together, tap into our creativity and discover more about ourselves through poetry, self-reflective writing and conversation.

The emphasis of this group is on self-discovery and self-improvement.

We meet at selected bespoke cafés and places of interest throughout Central London. In November we will be at Tate Britain, using paintings as prompts to inspire our writing.

No prior knowledge of poetry, art or expressive writing is required; you simply need to be willing to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

Charmaine Pollard is an experienced Certified Poetry Therapist, with a passion for leading writing and poetry therapy workshops with a particular focus on resilience. She is author of Writing for Resilience, a book that harnesses the power of writing to help boost self-awareness and strengthen resilience.

Date: Friday 3 November 2023, 11.00am to 1.30pm
