Come back to the classroom! Take time out to reflect on your life and connect with the person you really are. A gentle but dynamic one-day experience involving games, exercises and discussions.

- Discover who we really are – and observe what happens when we share that authentic version of “self” with others.
- Look at some of our own current issues and explore the possibility to heal old wounds
- Review aspects of the past with fresh eyes and gain new perspectives
- See through the ups and downs of life to appreciate the magnificence of your world.
This day-school is open to anyone willing to explore and discover in a confidential space. Previous writing experience is not required and there is no need to read out or share anything unless you choose to do so. Writing for Wellbeing practitioners and facilitators welcome.
Judi Goodwin is a Writing Tutor and Coach whose client list includes the National Union of Journalists, HM Prison Styal, the University of Manchester and the Bank of England. She has also worked with people in drug and alcohol recovery and people with AIDS.
