Writing for Wellbeing - Fluidity: How to be both grounded and flexible
Sat 23 Sep 2017 to Sat 23 Sep 2017
Explore the theme of fluidity in yourself and in your relationships with others and experience ways of building trust, being in the moment and becoming more grounded and flexible

This one day workshop by Charmaine Pollard and Narayani Guibarra will provide a space where you can explore the theme of fluidity in yourself and in your relationships with others and offer you:

• Ways of building trust
• Ways of letting go and being in the moment
• Ways to help you be more grounded and flexible

There will be reading, writing, discussion and sharing as well as other exercises that may involve light movement, breathing, sounding, visualisation and pair work.

These different approaches work holistically to help you gain fresh perspective and enable you to adjust to changes and challenges in your life.

This workshop is experiential and open to everyone, no previous experience of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

You especially benefit when you share your writing. Hearing your words validated by others can be a powerful learning experience and can lead to deeper levels of self understanding and increased confidence. However, you always decide what you wish to share.
