Take your writing forward with one of our summer term Zoom workshops. Topics include self-publishing, short story writing, fiction writing techniques and writing for children. You can attend one or two sessions or build your own mini course from the workshops on offer.
Created by WB’s team of expert tutors, our workshops offer a relaxed, friendly environment to learn new skills.
• Rob Keeley presents his Point of View for Children’s Literature workshop.
• Esther Chilton gives you three workshops on self-publishing – these are ideal if you are thinking about going down the self-publishing route.
• Tony Kirwood’s series of workshops take you through the writing a short story journey: finding an idea, developing it and preparing your story for submission to an editor or competition.
• Phil Busby brings you a selection of workshops on fiction writing techniques.
The sessions are exciting, stretching and lots of fun. They are suitable for beginners and the more experienced writer.
Each group has a maximum of 10 people so you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about your fellow students.
Each session lasts between an hour to an hour and a half.
Notes from the workshop are emailed to you afterwards.
Workshops start on 16th April 2024 with the final session being on 20th June 2024. Price: £25 - £74.99.
