2026 Ledbury Poetry Competition

Entries are invited for this year's Ledbury Poetry Competition judged by Andrew McMillan. First Prize is £1000 cash and a week’s poetry course with Arvon, with cash prizes for runners-up.
The winners will be invited to perform their work at Ledbury Poetry Festival 2027. The competition is international and open to poets writing in the English language.
First Prize: £1000 cash and a week’s poetry course with Arvon
Second Prize: £500
Third Prize: £250
Winners will be invited to perform their work at Ledbury Poetry Festival 2027.
Entry fee: £6.00 per poem
