Administrator, Women's Prize Trust

This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and talented Administrator to assist the small, busy Executive team of the Women’s Prize Trust. A varied and challenging role for someone interested in the book world or arts and culture.
This is a pivotal role supporting the organisation’s virtual office and operations, particularly focused on finance, data, schedules, reporting and stock management. Acting as the first point of contact, the successful candidate will be an organised self-starter with exceptional administrative and customer service skills, strong attention detail and the ability to coordinate many activities simultaneously.
The Women’s Prize Trust is a registered charity championing women writers on a global stage and inspiring more people to read, write and enjoy new and undiscovered women writers. It has shone a spotlight on the best fiction by women for 26 years through the Women’s Prize for Fiction, the greatest celebration of female creativity in the world, and empowers women regardless of their age, race or background to raise their voice and own their story.
WPT is especially interested to hear from candidates from backgrounds and communities that are under-represented in publishing and the arts sector, including black, minority ethnic and disabled candidates.
Annual salary £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience
Role is remote-based with a certain amount of face-to-face with London-based team.
