The University of Warwick seeks to appoint a full-time Assistant Professor in Creative Writing (Fiction) with effect from September 2021.
You will have a publishing record in fiction and related literary forms, experience of teaching creative writing at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and an active engagement with equality, diversity and new writing.
You will teach on our core undergraduate and postgraduate fiction and literary nonfiction modules, monitor student progress, and provide timely and effective feedback on student work in accordance with University policy.
You will play a key role in the strategic development of provision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
You will have an appetite for innovation, and a commitment to working across the School of Creative Arts, Performance and Visual Cultures to establish new courses and initiatives, in line with our commitment to employability, entrepreneurship and regional collaborations.
