The Bibliotherapy Programme Manager will coordinate the day-to-day running of our bibliotherapy portfolio and support its ongoing development and expansion.
We’re looking for an organised, thoughtful, and reliable person who understands wellbeing and adult education.
This is a hands-on role within a small charity. You'll have responsibility for your own workstreams while working closely with the Executive Director and the trainers, and a wider network of therapists, the NCPS, literary specialists, and other stakeholders.
You will likely have experience in adult learning and professional training, and you're very comfortable with programme management and project coordination.
You don't need to be an expert in bibliotherapy - you'll work alongside experienced counsellors, psychotherapists, literary specialists, and other professionals.
Location: Hybrid working, based in or near Exeter (minimum office attendance by agreement)
