Carina UK and the Festival of Romance have teamed up and are offering writers this fabulous competition to win a publishing contract.

How to enter?

Email the full and complete manuscript of your novel along with a short synopsis of no more than 100 words and your contact details including telephone number, email address and any social media handles (e.g. @UKCarina) to carinauksubs@hqnuk.co.uk before the closing date of midnight on 1st October. Your submission can be any genre of romance writing but please attach as a Word doucment which is double spaced and in Times New Roman 12. Please use as the email subject line “Carina Valentine’s competition”.

What happens next?

We will consider all the entries and decide on a winner who in our opinion has the best written story. The winner will be notified confidentially on Monday 4th November and offered the opportunity to attend the Festival of Romance Ball with a friend. The winner will be announced publically at the Festival of Romance Ball on Saturday 9th November in Bedford.
