Community Artist in Residence x 2, Theatre Royal Stratford East

Stratford East are looking for two artists with excellent theatre-based participatory practice to work in collaboration with two Newham-based community organisations to create a creative project with their members early next year, as part of our Learning & Participation work.
The artists will spend time meeting with community organisations and members to shape work that is fun, brave and exciting, with a final creative outcome delivered at the end.
The work should be rooted in theatre making, but we are open to bright and new ideas from theatre makers from all disciplines (design, directing, audio, photography, making, movement etc).
Fee: £2,250 for 15 days' work plus a materials budget. Engagement dates: Dec 2020 - Mar 2021
