Morley College (Waterloo branch) are looking for a cover tutor for Advanced Creative Writing. This is a course that has been running or several years, with some students enrolling several times because they enjoy it so much. It is scheduled to run on Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm. Early application advised.
The Programme Manager has delayed the start date until October, and will probably reduce the length of this course, which was originally timetabled to run for 12 weeks. The hourly rate of pay is £32+ for teaching and £26+ for attending meetings/training (the latter is unlikely this term). There are two other units to this course, timetabled for terms 2 and 3.

Cover tutors have to complete two forms and provide the following documentation: a CV, proof of address, a valid passport with proof of the right to work in the UK, details of two referees and original relevant certificates.
This is an incentre course, but remote teaching will be considered as a last resort.
The cover tutor will be at liberty to change the course description, which reads as follows:
A seminar style course in which students can pre-publish their work and gauge the response they might get from a wider audience.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Exercise a greater critical and analytical response to texts
• Apply the conclusions of the analysis of the class and tutor to your own work
• Consider when necessary to make that decision
