Creative Arts Activities Facilitator for Seniors, Central & Cecil

We are looking for a Creative Arts Activity Tutor to provide regular in-person activity sessions to residents living in later life (55+) in a Reading (Woodley) social housing scheme.

1 - 2 hr a weekly class. Days/times are flexible to suit you. Hourly rate of pay depending on experience, between £35 - £45 per hour. We would expect the Facilitator to be available for a minimum of 3 months, and potentially 6 months.

What does the role involve:
Delivering activities for older people of mixed capacity and some of whom are living with dementia.
Running weekly/fortnightly indoor activities sessions that last 1 hour.
Delivery of the creative arts (Painting, drawing, writing, visual art, drama, music, and other creative projects)
Prepare and deliver creative arts workshops.
Log attendance and report back to the Engagement team
