Creative Circle – Over 60’s Creative Writing Group Workshop Leader, artsdepot

artsdepot is looking to relaunch its over 60’s creative writing group Creative Circle and is looking for a Workshop Leader with a background in creative writing and teaching.

The aim of the Creative Circle group is to create a supportive and nurturing environment for participants to explore their creativity. The activity is part of our overall artsdepot offer for older adults in Barnet alongside dance and performance. The workshop leader will devise a termly theme and session plan providing opportunities for participants to share their work with each other and develop their skills.

The sessions provide a safe space for self-expression, a social space for building friendships, and practical and peer based support towards developing creative writing skills.

1 daytime session per week, day and time TBC. In person delivery in our North Finchley arts centre.
Fee: £45 per session (90 minute session) to include preparation time
Activities run during term time, typically 10 sessions per term.
