Creative Facilitators Required for Black History Month, Eastside Educational Trust

Eastside are looking for creative practitioners from a range of art forms, including drama, storytelling, spoken word poetry, music, dance & visual art, to facilitate Eastside’s creative Black History Month workshops with children and young people during October 2019.

We’re looking for facilitators who are:
- Experienced in delivering workshops in schools for children and young people aged anywhere between 4-18 in dealing effectively with the demands of varying class abilities, school facilities, practices and procedures
- Energetic, enthusiastic, inspiring, passionate about arts education, flexible, reliable, organised and very good with children
- Generally available during the month of October 2019
- Passionate about celebrating Black History and culture
We especially invite applicants of African or African-Caribbean heritage.

Eastside pride ourselves on our wonderful pool of creative facilitators. Although we are currently recruiting for Black History Month specifically, once you are a member of the Eastside Creative Team, there will be opportunities throughout the year to deliver other workshops with Eastside.
