Creative Writing Tutor

The Mary Ward Centre is looking for applications from tutors who have a passion for their subject and can bring interesting and innovative ideas to one or more of the following course

To start in term 3 on 14 May 2015

Creative Writing specialists for Academic year 2015-16:

  • Crime Writing
  • The Historical Novel
  • Romance
  • Travel writing
  • Horror
  • Science Fiction
  • Blogging and e-publishing

The Mary Ward Centre is a specialist adult education college which offers high quality part-time adult education. We provide courses in a wide range of subjects including Arts & Crafts, Skills for Life, Languages, Computing & IT, Business, Music, Health, Humanities and Communication Studies.

We pride ourselves on having a creative and responsive curriculum. Around 5000 students attend the Centre each year and our student body reflects the diversity you would expect from our central London location. Students come from all walks of life, both local and London wide (and beyond). Their education, work and life experience varies enormously.  We have a dynamic community outreach programme delivered in partnership with other Voluntary and Community sector organisations.
