Deputy Director, Ministry of Stories

Ministry of Stories are looking for an ambitious, organised and motivated Deputy Director to help lead our organisation. You will lead our fundraising, finance and operations to ensure an effective, resilient, sustainable and growing organisation.
We are looking for a confident leader to work closely with the Director to continue to build the growth and resilience of our organisation. You'll drive successful fundraising and trading income, and understand how our communications can support this. You will be the strategic lead for our retail operation, http://www.monstersupplies.org - Hoxton Street Monster Supplies.
You will be a forward planner with an ability to respond to opportunity and manage risk. With keen attention to detail as well as the overview, you'll have strong financial management skills. You will be great with people, have excellent communication skills, and be able to bring the best out in our team.
You will enjoy working in a supportive, busy and fun environment and be motivated by our commitment to champion the writer in every child.
• Permanent contract
• £50,000 pro-rata
• Part time: 0.8 (4 days per-week)
