In particular, the role includes working closely with Libraries and Health Visitors to ensure that the Bookstart/ Dechrau Da programme continues to be delivered to a high standard in Wales.

The Early Years Engagement Manager will also contribute to the development and delivery of other Early Years activities in Wales and work closely with colleagues in Wales and BookTrust's London office.

We're looking for someone with strong project management skills and great partnership working skills, with experience of working with external partners to deliver programmes. You will have excellent communication skills, experience of working in the early years sector and a genuine interest in getting children and families reading and loving books from a very early age.

This role is full time and permanent role (we can consider 0.8 FTE).
