Editorial Officer, Birkbeck, University of London - Department of English, Theatre & Creative Writing

This remote working role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of an outstanding team for an award-winning open-access academic publisher, The Open Library of Humanities.

Your main role will be to oversee editorial processes at the academic journals published by the Open Library of Humanities (OLH) and to provide technical support to our hosted clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly productive and motivated individual with demonstrable knowledge of academic conventions and editorial processes, and will have a strong background in academic writing in the humanities.

You will also possess the ability to use, or learn to use, a range of peer-review software systems, and to work collaboratively and supportively as part of a team. 

Salary: £29,732 to £33,836 per annum Hours: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent (Job Ref: 440181)
