We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Education team on an 18 month contract. The main focus of the role will be the delivery of the Foyle Young Poet of the Year Award, the most prestigious talent development scheme for 11-17 year old emerging voices in the world.

Additionally, the post-holder will be responsible for a series of other schools and young people's initiatives as well as the coordination of facilitators, interns and practitioners.

If you are passionate about young people's arts education – particularly poetry, spoken word and creative writing – and you would like to work in a small team of dedicated and imaginative people who share your determination to create opportunities for young people from all backgrounds to discover their creative potential, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be a creative education producer looking to use your skills in every aspect of project management and ready to develop and learn in a supportive environment.

18 month fixed term contract Salary range: £26,000 - £27,300 depending on experience
