Evaluator & Critical Friend, Writing on the Wall (WoW)
Deadline: Fri 20 Sep 2019
Writing on the Wall (WoW) are seeking to employ an Independent Evaluator and Critical Friend for the next phase of our hugely successful schools project, Super Heroes: Words are our Power.

The project has been funded through the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) and their Arts-Based Learning, More and Better fund. The project will now work with eight primary schools, over four years, providing Writers in Residence (WRI), the creation of a published comic-book anthology, writing and spoken word workshops and much more.

WoW, want to evaluate the long-term impact creative and arts-based work has on literacy, engagement with learning and the overall well-being of primary school children.

We also want to assess the confidence of teaching staff and how they are supported to embed creative writing and the arts into their own practice, creating a lasting legacy of arts-based learning in primary schools.
