Festival/Micro Commissions for d/Deaf and/or disabled artists, DaDaFest

DaDaFest International is a world-renowned festival of work by d/Deaf and disabled artists, and this year it's going online! The theme will be 'Translations' and we're looking to commission four works responding to this idea for inclusion in the festival and/or or our ongoing programme of online events. We're also offering 10 micro-commissions.

Commissions:
Projects must be by established disabled artists or disabled-led companies. There are no geographical restrictions on who may apply for the Festival commissions.Commissions can be in any artform, but must be shareable online - if necessary, production support and professional development opportunities may be offered to help artists develop their digital presence. The maximum amount that can be applied for to create the work is £2,500. Find out more and how to apply here

Micro-Commissions:
To enter, projects must be by disabled artists or disabled-led companies based in the North West. Artists at all stages of their careers are eligible. Commissions can be in any artforms, but must be shareable online - if necessary, production support and professional development opportunities may be offered to help artists develop their digital presence. The maximum amount that can be applied for to create the work is £1,000. Commissions are also supported by disability arts commissioning programme, Unlimited, and successful applicants will become Unlimited alumni. Find out more and how to apply here
