We are inviting Expressions of Interest from Coventry-based artists working in any discipline who would like to be considered for the first project as part of our programme of work (Uncover/Discover Project) in the City between Spring 2021 and Easter 2022).
The programme is an exciting multi-art-form, creative project for Coventry and Warwickshire Special schools and colleges in partnership with Coventry City of Culture.
We are interested in hearing from creative practitioners and artists working in visual and 3D arts, performing arts, digital art and media, music, literature and art-forms that don’t necessary fall into those categories, or artists working across disciplines.
We are also keen to hear from creative practitioners (emerging or established) who are interested in training in the non-verbal physical theatre practice that is at the core of our work in special schools in Coventry and across the West Midlands.
Experience of working with young people with learning disabilities is not essential. Training and support will be provided on all projects.
