Freelance Writing Facilitators, Ministry of Stories
Deadline: Tue 31 May 2022
Ministry of Stories is seeking talented Writing Facilitators to deliver our creative writing programmes in schools.

You will work collaboratively with schools to deliver creative learning experiences that challenge and inspire children and young people, supporting them to produce high-quality creative writing.

You will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating workshops and projects that meet individual schools’ needs. These may, for example, focus on a particular writing form, target group of students, or link to a particular school topic or curriculum area. Projects vary in duration, from one-off workshops to term-long projects.

You will work closely with our Education Programme Manager who will support you with project planning and design, and through project visit/s. We offer a programme of paid training and professional development for our Writing Facilitators, as part of a wider package of benefits and support.
