Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a customer-facing role, high standards of presentation and confident communication skills. You will also have the ability to work as part of a large team, problem solve under pressure and a strong attention to detail.

The post is based at our Festival site at the Edinburgh College of Art, Lauriston Place. In general, FOH staff are required to work an average of 48 hours per week (6 out of 7 days) on a shift basis Monday – Sunday. Morning shifts can start from 8am and evening shifts can finish at 1am. Rotas will be issued in advance of the Festival. Attendance at all training days is compulsory.

Rate of pay: £9.90 per hour + holiday pay
