Head of Learning, Discover Children's Story Centre

We are looking for someone to strategically plan and oversee Discover’s Learning programme, building on the amazing groundwork already in place to create something really special for us, and for our highly demanding and expectant young visitors. This is an existing SMT level role – an influential position with broad reach and great potential.
First and foremost, you will understand and be passionate about the need for learning to underpin everything we offer. You will understand the importance of aligning creativity, fun and imagination with the delivery of learning scheme and curriculum needs and will understand that inclusivity is a constant thread that runs through all we do.
An opportunity to combine strategic vision, educational activity design and operational deployment makes this a rare and highly rewarding role.
Salary: £35,895 per annum
Location: A regular presence is required at Discover in Stratford, East London to deliver this role effectively. However, it is possible to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
