The National Library of Scotland is internationally recognised for its pre-eminent role in the field of collecting the archives of modern Scottish writers. The archive of the crime writer Ian Rankin is a recent addition to this significant collecting area.

We are now recruiting for the post of the Ian Rankin Project Curator.

The successful candidate will arrange and fully describe the archive to make it accessible; and, in collaboration with colleagues from across the Library, will help to promote the archive through a programme of public engagement activities.

Salary: £27,777 per annum. Full Time, Fixed Term for 13 months.
