The International Projects Producer will work alongside the Associate Director (International) and other members of the Artistic, Producing and Literary teams to plan and deliver the Royal Court’s International Programme. This role sits within the Court’s Producing team but focuses on artist development rather than the line-producing of individual shows.

They will manage Residencies, International Writers Groups, Exchanges and all other writer development projects within the Programme, whilst contributing to its long-term strategic direction and to building new partnerships for the theatre worldwide. We are actively interested in ways the role can embrace the specific expertise and enthusiasms of the successful candidate, whether in specific international contexts or particular forms of work.
