Invitation to tender: First Minister’s Reading Challenge Reflection research, Scottish Book Trust
Deadline: Mon 29 Nov 2021
We're looking for a researcher to help us tell the story of our First Minister's Reading Challenge programme.

The First Minister’s Reading Challenge is Scottish Book Trust's programme for schools, libraries, and community groups that work with children and young people between the ages of 5 and 18. FMRC encourages children to develop and sustain the habit of reading for pleasure through supporting the development of reading cultures in schools and communities.

The aim of this research is to reflect on the successes and challenges of the First Minister’s Reading Challenge, to share the story of the project, and to gather evidence to inform future school programmes.

The final report, research summary, and any additional outputs of the project plan will be required by July 2022. A presentation of research to the First Minister's Reading Challenge Advisory Group will be required in Autumn 2022.

The budget for this project has not been set yet. The maximum budget (including VAT and any expenses) is £10,000.
