Would you like to join our small and friendly team? We are looking for a Producer, Fundraiser and Volunteer Co-ordinator for Creative Pathways in the Shire.
Producer
The Producer is responsible for the practical and operational delivery of the Director’s artistic programme.
Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata
Hours: Part time, 24 hours a week
Start date: September 2023
Location: Ledbury Poetry House, Ledbury
Fundraiser
Work with the Director of Ledbury Poetry to develop and deliver a robust strategy to establish philanthropic income streams primarily focused on trusts and foundations, but with potential to develop individual and corporate giving.
£30,000 pro rata for three days a week.
Volunteer Co-ordinator for Creative Pathways in the Shire
Work with the Project Manager of Creative Pathways in the Shire to co-ordinate volunteers recruited through the project, introduce volunteers to partner organisations for their placement and offer ongoing support.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days per week (37.5)
Contract: 1 year fixed term contract
Location: Ledbury Poetry House, Barrett Browning Institute, Ledbury
