• Communications Manager (£32,000-£35,000 - full time)

We are looking for a strategic and inspirational marketing professional to promote Arvon’s
work, lead communications across the organisation, and tell our story to a wide range of
writers, funders and partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative writing
and developing writers, and have an exceptional grasp of evidence-driven marketing and
the potential of online communications.

• Communications and Participation Administrator (£23,000, full time)

Supporting the Communications Manager and our new Learning and Participation
Manager, this is an exciting new post for an arts administrator with a genuine interest in
marketing, and fundraising to support our work with under 18s and disadvantaged groups.

• Relief Centre Assistants, Totleigh Barton (£9.14 per hour, PT)

Would you like to work for the UK’s leading creative writing charity? Arvon is recruiting for
casual Relief Centre Assistants to ensure the smooth hosting of our residential courses
at Totleigh Barton, our writers’ centre in Devon. The ideal candidate will have domestic,
practical and interpersonal skills and be able to work flexibly. An interest in literature would
be an advantage.
