Moniack Mhor are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Learning and Programme Manager who can undertake all management relating to our Creativity and Care programme, including finance, programming, evaluation, and health and safety. We are also recruiting for an experienced Personal Development Facilitator who will be responsible for supporting young people participating in the programme.
Creativity and Care is a three-year programme, legacy funded by the Life Changes Trust. It offers creative and other development opportunities for young care experienced people in Scotland aged 14 – 26.
Creative Learning and Programme Manager
You will need a background of work experience gained in an arts, youthwork or an education environment. In particular you will need experience in managing a wide range of complex projects, teams and stakeholders with a track record of delivering outcomes. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of the challenges facing care experienced young people and their families/guardians.
Personal Development Facilitator
You will need a background of work experience gained in an arts or education environment, specifically working with young people. You will have good knowledge of current issues in arts (creative writing) education. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of the challenges facing care experienced young people and their families/guardians.
