Hay Festival are seeking a Learning and Engagement Coordinator. This is a job for an extremely organised, confident and proactive multi-tasker. It requires an abundance of energy, resourcefulness and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to prioritise effectively and communicate efficiently is key. The Learning and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of Hay Festival projects that engage young people and communities across the UK, including the Programme for Schools, Scribblers and Beacons projects, and equalities, diversity and inclusion projects to attract new audiences.
