Lecturer in Creative Writing, Goldsmiths, University of London - English and Comparative Literature

The Department of English & Creative Writing is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Creative Writing to be part of a close-knit, harmonious and collaborative team of colleagues.

We welcome applications from suitably qualified writers of novels, short fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry.

You will have a PhD in or equivalent professional experience in an appropriate field, and a successful track record of publications, as appropriate to your career stage.

You will demonstrate further potential for excellent practice-led research and a commitment to public engagement.

You will be expected to teach a 2.5 hour MA writing workshop across the Autumn and Spring terms, support Master’s students through one-to-one specialist tutorial teaching throughout the academic year and assess creative writing modules.

Salary: £39,306.20 to £43,783.32 Hours: Part Time Contract Type: Fixed-Term/Contract (Job Ref: 438486)
