The 0.5 FTE in Environmental Writing should have an international or national reputation as a nature writer, environmental writer or natural history broadcaster. Their interests might include international nature writing, literature and climate change, literature and wildlife, and literature and landscape.
Experience of teaching at university level will be an advantage. The role includes the leadership of an innovative distance-learning masters programme, with a focus on creative nonfiction, nature writing and other kinds of environmental writing.
