The School of English at the University of Leeds is looking to appoint an outstanding teacher and creative practitioner as a Lecturer in Creative Writing.
You will have completed a PhD in a relevant discipline, or will have equivalent professional experience. You will also have experience of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate, university levels. You will be an active writer, developing your profile as a recognised literary voice in your area of creative practice, and you will have produced high-quality research outputs and/or creative publications.

Located within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures, the School has a long history of nurturing poets and authors, publishing new work and collaborating with external partners, including the National Poetry Centre.
