Literature Officer, Creative Scotland

Are you passionate about supporting Scotland’s vibrant literature sector? Creative Scotland is looking for a part-time Literature Officer.
Join our team and support the delivery of our work in Literature and Publishing as outlined in our Strategic and Annual Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide recommendations on funding applications and specialist literature projects
- Lead and support a range of projects across literature and publishing programmes
- Engage and collaborate with cultural organisations and key stakeholders to enhance our work in Literature and Publishing
- Represent Creative Scotland in stakeholder and public forums
- Develop partnerships locally and internationally to advance Scotland’s literature sector

Salary: £36,953 pro rata plus pension and benefits
Grade: C
Contract: Fixed-Term (12 months)
Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days
Location: Further opportunities to discuss working arrangements, for example hybrid/home working will be offered. The role will be based in our Edinburgh office.
