We are looking for a Partnership Liaison Coordinator to join Southbank Centre and the Arts Council Collection team
2016 marks the 70th anniversary of the Arts Council Collection and the launch of the National Partnership Programme, a new scheme to support the artistic ambitions of a new constellation of partner galleries. The aim of these partnerships is to build on the existing curatorial skills within these galleries and deepen the Collection’s long-standing relationship with these key museums and galleries and significantly increase audiences for the ACC.
With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail; the ideal candidate will be a strong team player, with a demonstrable interest in modern and contemporary British art. You will be a team worker with the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external partners; and confidence in your ability to work on your own initiative, problem solve and negotiate.
Good diary management and a willingness to travel are essential for this role, as it involves working with Partners based across England. Finally you will share an affinity with the aims of the National Partnership Programme, the Arts Council Collection and Southbank Centre; recognising the importance and sharing our commitment to diversity and inclusion and reaching audiences beyond the gallery walls.
