You’ll be developing, programming and managing an innovative, diverse and engaging year-round programme of activities, events, and opportunities for youth, schools, young adults and families; as well as devising and implementing a strategy for JW3’s community engagement in a wider context for our existing communities and for new ones.

From managing the delivery of social impact projects and children’s holiday schemes through to developing your team’s talent, this is a varied role just calling out for someone who wants to make a real difference to the community through their work.

A knowledge of, and passion for, community engagement in the sector is vital and you should also have a good track record in team performance management.
