Programme Manager: Young People & Communities, Word Up North

Word Up North are seeking a passionate and experienced individual with an asset-based approach to creative engagement with young people and communities to join our team.
The Programme Manager: Young People & Communities devises and produces impactful cultural activities alongside communities and young people within the Bradford District with a particular focus on delivery in Keighley. The postholder is a member of the core staff team contributing to the strategic planning and operational delivery of Word Up North.
Working with community groups and young people aged 5-18, you will deliver programmes encouraging creativity with words, reading and writing in a range of forms.
The role is being offered on fixed-term basis initially until 31 March 2028, with an option for the contract to be extended if organisational goals are achieved.
