The Reader is pioneering the movement of Shared Reading, helping people to connect with a better understanding of themselves
It will suit a resilient self-starter who is prepared to be based from home. You will be required to work within the community in Croydon, recruiting, training and supporting volunteers to run shared reading groups for older people.
To do this you will be required to network and build good links with organisations who can refer people into the groups, host groups, and provide volunteers. Full training will be given.
