Heart n Soul aims to transform the lives of people with learning disabilities. We have been chosen to lead a new project with the Wellcome Trust, which will investigate how relationships between people with and without learning disabilities affect mutual wellbeing. This groundbreaking project aims to radically transform attitudes towards learning disability, with people with learning disabilities co-leading the project.

As Project Manager you will:
•work with a multi-disciplinary team of artists and researchers to deliver a dynamic and innovative programme of research and public engagement activities.
•coordinate project events and activities, ensuring that all technical, production, research-related and logistical requirements are met.
•maintain and support project planning, performance tracking and reporting.
•play a key role in financial and resource management, and in managing relationships with Wellcome, the project team and collaborators.
This is a central role in the team so you need to have proven experience as a successful Project Manager in either the research or creative sectors. Ideally you have experience of working alongside people with learning disabilities and autism.
