Exeter City of Literature (ExCoL) is seeking a visionary Public Programmes Manager to lead our current portfolio of unique programmes and create new programmes and events in the years ahead.
This is more than a programming role - it's an opportunity to shape the cultural heartbeat of a UNESCO-designated city in a small but ambitious team. You'll work with local, national, and international partners to craft inclusive, innovative public programmes that resonate with diverse audiences, from lifelong readers to first-time event attendees.
