Senior Literary Associate, The Royal Court Theatre

The Royal Court Theatre is the writers’ theatre; it is the leading force in world theatre for vigorously cultivating writers - undiscovered, new, and established. We are looking for someone with a passion and clarity about seeking out, bringing in and developing new work, alongside a thrill for making the structures and budgets that will bring this work to fruition.
You will play a key role in the Literary Department and the organisation’s work to support and cultivate writers. You will line manage the Literary Associate, and work closely with the Literary Manager and Associate Directors. You will be the central point of contact between the artistic and producing teams, managing the budgets and schedules for our artist development work.
