Senior Programme Manager, Reading & Health, The Reading Agency

The Reading Agency is a UK charity with a mission to empower people of all ages to read. We are looking for a senior programme manager to lead on the development and delivery of The Reading Agency’s reading and health programmes ensuring effective project management, partnership development and sustainability.
This senior role is part of the Reading and Health team, working across the organisation to lead the development and delivery of our reading and health programmes.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of strategy development, delivery of complex and/or national programmes with multiple stakeholders, as well as experience of adapting and developing programmes to meet changing needs.
The role will have a significant external focus requiring some national travel to engage with key stakeholders.
